Most In an Instant products will be accompanied by complete documentation in electronic form. If electronic documentation is included with your purchase, it's a good idea to print a 'hard copy' of the User's Manual for your continual reference, even if you prefer to use the manual as an on-line reference. Also, it's a good idea to backup the documentation files along with the application files.
If a product includes hardcopy documentation, it will be shipped to you within one business day of your purchase. Products for which hardcopy documentation will be shipped are identified in the information about the product.
For commercial products, your purchase includes a technical support document. This file contains technical support information for the individual vendors and, in some cases, a serial number that you can use to access technical support . If a serial number was not included with this file, you do not need a serial number to use technical support.
